As with many beauty treatments, there are risks in having eyelash extensions applied or removed, having tint, henna or lifts. A reaction is rare but they can happen.
A patch test must be performed at least 24 – 48 hours before your treatment.
You must agree for 2-5 extensions to be applied to your natural lashes in the way the treatment is usually applied.
50% fee to cancel within 24 hours, and 100% no show fee.
You will be asked to pay a cancellation fee that amounts to 50% of the treatment cost if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment.
Please make sure you book the correct treatment so the right amount of time is allocated otherwise you may need to come back another time.
If you arrive up to 20 minutes late for your appointment, then this will be deducted from your expected treatment time and your lash stylist will do their best in the time that you have afforded them.
No call/no shows will incur a 100% no show fee.
We are happy to Touch Up your lashes ONLY if they are done properly.
We have right to remove your lash extensions and apply a NEW SET. If you do not want this, you can decline but will be charged 30% of any treatments booked.
Each treatment is guaranteed for 48 hours after your appointment, or we will fix it.
Conditions: You must have followed aftercare instructions and you must contact us within 48 hours of your last appointment.
If you contact us after 48 hours has passed, we cannot be held responsible for any issues and your next treatment will be charged at full price.
In the unusual event that we cannot fulfil your appointment at all and need to cancel your booking, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and make every effort to reschedule at a convenient time.
